Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate in Operations Control Management to strengthen the controls framework across client onboarding and documentation, leveraging analytics and responsible AI to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.

You will lead data-driven control reviews, identify risks, and partner with compliance, legal, audit, and onboarding teams to implement governance standards and effective testing methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in financial services.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and onboarding processes.
• Experience with data-driven testing and end-to-end control reviews.
• Experience in risk management, controls, compliance, or audit in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across levels.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead control reviews using analytics to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Monitor and test to identify risks and resolve issues.
• Analyze root causes of control issues, including AI-related ones.
• Automate control testing to reduce manual effort and improve traceability.
• Assess risks for AI solutions covering data quality, bias, security, and failures.
• Partner with compliance, legal, audit, data, oversight, and onboarding teams on governance.
• Maintain awareness of AML/KYC risks and regulatory expectations.
• Drive improvements across teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
