Job summary

Siemens Energy in Asia Pacific is seeking a Regional Communications Professional to drive integrated communications strategies, regional projects and executive engagements. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, build trusted stakeholder relationships and lead AI-enabled communications initiatives.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative professional with strong writing, project management and storytelling skills, capable of delivering high-impact regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Journalism or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, digital communications, branding or related roles.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications strategies that advance business priorities and strengthen Siemens Energy's reputation across Asia Pacific.
• Lead regional communications projects from concept to execution with high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
• Partner with regional/global colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing communications counsel.
• Support leadership communications with key messages and materials for executive engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve communications by embracing AI and new ways of working.
• Lead digital communications initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and storytelling across regional channels.
• Champion AI adoption and communications innovation to improve efficiency and content creation.
• Lead regional events, executive engagements and flagship initiatives with consistent brand experience.
• Develop creative assets and engagement materials, using analytics to enhance effectiveness.
