Job summary

McCormick Asia Pacific Zone seeks a Business Relationship Director to drive IT-enabled business growth, surface demand for capabilities, and shape a regional technology roadmap with business stakeholders.

You will lead a global team indirectly, guide architecture and strategy, and ensure value delivery across sales and digital initiatives. Excellent English communication and collaboration across cultures are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in Business or Technology or related discipline.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive IT-enabled business growth.
• Experience with PIM/PXM technologies and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and IT partnership to surface capabilities and shape regional roadmap.
• Manage budgets and secure funding for key initiatives.
• Act as internal advisor on strategic projects delivering business value.
• Guide technology strategy and architecture to meet regional objectives.
• Lead and coach global IT team members indirectly.
• Ensure value delivery and cross-functional collaboration across business leaders and Product Lines.
