Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Singapore leads the Integrated Creative Lead, APAC, driving digital branded content direction for CNN Create across the Asia Pacific region.

You will collaborate with the Global Digital Creative Director and APAC Strategy Lead to ensure industry-leading, user-centric content aligned with CNN’s tone of voice. The role includes managing in-house Digital Producers and external agencies, upholding UX best practices and the creation of robust media plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or publisher environment.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing digital storytelling across formats.
• Strong understanding of UX, site analytics, performance KPIs, and paid media best practices.
• Experience administering CMS platforms and working with modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience collaborating with digital designers, copywriters, production teams, third-party suppliers, and developers.
• Experience leading and developing junior team members.
• Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively across teams, stakeholders, and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns, from strategy and pitch support through creative execution, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis.
• Line manage and develop the Digital Content Producers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to digital and UX best practices.
• Partner with the APAC Strategy team on pre-sale ideation, providing digital, social, technical, and audience expertise to turn strategic and creative ideas into compelling, achievable client solutions.
• Serve as the integrated digital solutions expert for Create and Sales, advising on platform capabilities, emerging formats, audience behaviours, paid media best practices, and campaign effectiveness.
• Use data, audience, and campaign performance insights to inform creative strategy, optimise content, and identify opportunities to evolve the approach.
• Champion experimentation and innovation across APAC, balancing creative ambition with commercial effectiveness and suitability for CNN’s platforms, audiences, and clients.
• Provide creative leadership and industry perspective to develop CNN Create’s content offering and commercial products, including first-to-market initiatives and new production partnerships across APAC.
• Work with the Tech Lead to source and manage developers and development partners, maintain best-practice development and deployment environments, and manage campaign budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with CNN ad sales, editorial, marketing, clients, production, design, and technology teams across APAC, providing digital and UX guidance where required.
• Partner with the Global Digital Creative Director to evolve CNN Create’s digital offering, identify opportunities across the business, implement best-practice processes, and deputize as required.
