Job summary

Michael Page Singapore seeks an experienced institutional client servicing professional to lead relationships across Singapore and selected APAC markets. You will collaborate with investment teams, operations, and regional business development to deliver client solutions and drive servicing excellence.

You will conduct portfolio review meetings, discuss performance and market developments, and engage senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in asset management, institutional client servicing, relationship management, or related investment functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, securities, and institutional investment concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with teams across different locations and time zones.
• Comfortable travelling regularly to engage institutional clients and support business activities across the region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for institutional clients across Singapore and selected APAC markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating ongoing servicing requirements.
• Conduct portfolio review meetings and discuss portfolio performance, market developments, and investment strategies with clients.
• Partner with investment, operations, and support teams across multiple locations to deliver client solutions.
• Support client requests, manage communications, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with regional business development teams and participate in meetings with prospective institutional investors.
