Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join the Customer Experience team and shape the future of global commerce.

You will own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for APAC commercial customers, driving projects from contract signing to go-live, coordinating with Sales, KYC/CDD, Legal, Credit, Risk, Boarding, and Implementation. You’ll develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and lead regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in project management with focus on onboarding and implementation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Risk, etc.).
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple work streams and drive on-time go-lives.
Japanese language ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and implementation for APAC commercial customers from contract to go-live.
Serve as liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
Develop project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, and lead status meetings.
Coordinate onboarding requirements, including documentation, system setup, demos, and training.
Provide ongoing project reporting, escalation management, and post-go-live monitoring.
