Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) APAC, to lead regional IBP for the Surgical Vision portfolio. You will align commercial demand, supply capabilities, and financial commitments across Asia Pacific, driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision making.

As a regional planning leader, you will translate market dynamics into actionable insights, manage risk, and guide leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Integrated Business Planning or related fields.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or regulated global industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC IBP for the Surgical Vision portfolio, aligning demand, supply, and financial targets.
• Facilitate executive planning forums and governance for region-wide decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Global Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Drive scenario planning, risk mitigation, and end-to-end business continuity.
• Champion planning excellence, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
