Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager RPIL APAC to translate global planning strategy into regional execution. You will drive cross‑process priorities across IBP, Demand Planning, NPI and Launch Planning, SLOB, and performance management, while partnering with GPMs and DRIs.

You will lead regional deployment, ensure alignment to global standards, and deliver measurable business outcomes across APAC, with travel and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced studies preferred.
• APICS/ASCM, PMP/FPX or similar certifications are preferred.
• Experience leading regional/global planning initiatives and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between GPEX and APAC RDS for regional planning strategies and decisions.
• Shape and maintain an integrated regional process roadmap aligned with global strategy.
• Lead APAC Regional Council with clear cadence, decisions, and risks tracking.
• Provide timely leadership insight on portfolio status and dependencies.
• Represent regional requirements in global governance and planning cycles.
