Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Regional Commercial Strategy for IBD to lead Asia Pacific portfolio strategy and business planning. The role partners with local operating companies and cross-functional teams to align asset strategy with regional needs and ensure timely execution across markets.

You will drive market access, evidence and commercialization timing while shaping future IBD assets for Asia Pacific, balancing global direction with regional realities and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, pharmacy, medicine or related discipline.
MBA preferred for leadership roles.
Strong collaboration across commercial, medical, market access and regulatory functions.
Experience in Immunology, Gastroenterology or IBD is strongly preferred.
Asia Pacific multi-market experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the Asia Pacific IBD commercial strategy and business plan.
Translate insights into strategic choices, priorities and investments.
Drive regional launch readiness and lifecycle planning for IBD assets.
Manage regional budgets and monitor expenditures with governance.
Lead cross-functional regional teams across multiple functions.
