Job summary

Innovative Medicine in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, APAC Regional Process Integration Lead to translate global planning strategy into regional execution, partnering with GPEX and Regional Demand & Supply across the APAC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering or related field.
• APICS/ASCM, PMP or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience leading regional/global supply chain transformations.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between GPEX and APAC RDS for regional integration strategies, priorities, and decisions.
• Lead the APAC Regional Council with cadence, agenda, decision log, and action tracking.
• Represent regional requirements in global governance and planning cycles; ensure alignment with global standards.
• Manage cross-process implications to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Deploy global processes, tools, and capabilities across APAC with regional requirements and release planning.
• Capture regional requirements and translate into actionable global/regional specs.
• Coordinate regional readiness across partners, data, testing, training, communications, cutover and adoption.
• Document regional variances; review for convergence or retirement; lead region-specific initiatives.
• Build regional change/adoption strategies for new processes and digital products; drive stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor progress, adoption, and value realization; provide mentorship and thought leadership.
