Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) APAC to lead the regional IBP for the Surgical Vision portfolio. The role requires coordinating demand, supply, financial targets, and strategic growth across the Asia Pacific region, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IBP, supply chain, operations, demand planning, or related roles.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or highly regulated global industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead regional planning organizations and influence executive outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with ability to evaluate trade-offs and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC IBP process for the Surgical Vision portfolio, aligning demand, supply, financial targets and strategic growth.
• Serve as trusted advisor to APAC leadership, translating market data into actionable plans.
• Drive scenario planning, risk mitigation, and governance for planning excellence across the region.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Global Planning, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead organizational change, capability development, and digital transformation within IBP maturity initiatives.
