Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in critical facilities management, with at least 5 years specifically in data center operations.
• Proven track record in DC operations across the Asia Pacific region.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and enforce the highest standards for operational delivery across client sites, focusing on safety, resiliency and 100% uptime.
• Oversee implementation of global best practices, SOPs, and MOPs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a regional team of subject matter experts and DC operations managers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and client requirements.
• Drive growth and profitability while managing risk and sustainability initiatives.
