Job summary

DP World seeks a Director – HSEQ – Contract Logistics – APAC to lead HSEQ across warehousing and contract logistics in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, you will shape and embed HSEQ standards across new site launches and acquisitions, ensuring operations meet DP World, regulatory and customer requirements from Go-Live.

You will partner with operational and commercial teams to provide HSEQ expertise on solution design, resources, compliance and customer needs to support growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years HSEQ experience, preferably in logistics/supply chain/lean manufacturing.
• 2+ years management experience leading regional initiatives and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSEQ standards, regulatory and customer requirements are met during new launches, target ISO compliance within 12 months.
• Partner with bid teams during solution design, providing HSEQ input on budget, technical, legal and commercial aspects.
• Develop and improve HSEQ launch methodology with Go-Live compliance.
• Embed DP World safety, sustainability and quality standards in design, planning and launches.
• Integrate global/ regional standards into regional Quality Management System.
• Ensure HSEQ resources are in place and stakeholders receive necessary training.
• Stabilise HSEQ Management System during launches and transition to BAU.
• Provide HSEQ leadership in external engagements with customers/regulators.
• Lead governance activities including audits, assessments, corrective actions and reporting.
• Mentor HSEQ Managers and Launch Leads to build regional capability.
