Job summary

DYMAX ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced EHS Leader to drive health, safety, and environmental programs across Asia-Pacific, with focus on Singapore facilities and oversight of China & Korea sites.

You will develop, harmonize, and implement regional policies to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable operations. You will lead hazard identification, industrial hygiene monitoring, training, and incident investigations, while collaborating with local regulators and internal teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of EH&S consulting, chemical manufacturing, or industrial environment experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs meeting national standards.
Lead workplace safety initiatives, hazard recognition, and corrective actions to prevent incidents.
Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring (air, chemicals, noise, ergonomics) and implement exposure controls.
Manage incident reporting systems, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
Design and deliver EHS training programs including hazardous waste operations and emergency response.
Lead emergency response planning and coordination with local agencies.
Track and report safety and environmental performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
