Job summary

DP World is seeking a Director – HSEQ – Contract Logistics – APAC to lead HSEQ across warehousing and contract logistics in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, you will embed standards across new site launches and acquisitions, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements from Go-Live.

You will partner with operational and commercial teams, delivering HSEQ expertise to support new business growth, governance, audits, training and regional program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of HSEQ experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain or a lean manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of management experience leading regional initiatives and programme implementation.
• Experience working with regionally dispersed teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing HSEQ solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APAC HSE standards, legislation and auditing practices.
• Expertise in developing, implementing and maintaining integrated management systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Willingness to travel across APAC, up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSEQ standards across DP World APAC warehousing and contract logistics sites.
• Embed HSEQ methodologies into new site launches and acquisitions from Go-Live.
• Partner with bid teams to provide HSEQ input on budget, technical, legal and commercial considerations.
• Develop and continuously improve the HSEQ launch methodology and governance.
• Provide HSEQ leadership during external engagements with customers and regulators.
• Mentor HSEQ managers and launch leads across the region to build capability.
