Job summary
Emerson Automation Solutions Final Control Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE leader to drive the Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability agenda across Asia Pacific.
You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to strengthen a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory and corporate compliance, and push for continuous improvement aligned with Emerson’s values. You will lead risk-reduction initiatives, coordinate audits for ISO certification, and partner with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Safety Science or Occupational Health or related field.
- Practical knowledge of HSE regulatory compliance and industry trends.
- FSM Certificate; NEBOSH or CSP/CIH are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of HSE and sustainability programs across Asia Pacific.
- Drive risk reduction to prevent injuries and environmental impact.
- Monitor HSE performance using leading and lagging indicators for data-driven decisions.
- Provide SME for tools, standards, training, and proven practices in HSE.
- Ensure ISO certification through audits and CAPA closures.
- Partner with leaders to embed accountable, inclusive safety culture.
