Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced EHS leader to build and drive the regional health, safety and environment strategy across APAC data centers and critical facilities.

You will guide project and technical teams on RAMS and PTW protocols, lead contractor audits, manage incident investigations, and maintain ISO-aligned documentation and KPIs, with regional travel (30–50%). This is a fully office/site-based role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Safety or equivalent.
• 8–10 years EHS leadership in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record building EHS management systems and RAMS/PTW knowledge.
• Professional EHS certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001) preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% regionally; office/site-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute regional EHS strategy, risk management programs, and country-specific action plans compliant with APAC regulations.
• Guide project and technical teams on RAMS, PTW protocols across data center and field environments.
• Serve as the primary EHS contact for enterprise clients, lead contractor audits, and oversee subcontractor safety onboarding.
• Lead root-cause investigations for site incidents or near-misses, track corrective actions, and oversee injury management and return-to-work protocols.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain ISO-aligned documentation, track APAC safety KPIs, and deliver targeted training to foster a strong safety culture.
