Job summary

Synpulse Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Process Executive to join our APAC team, enabling seamless onboarding/offboarding and accurate payroll coordination.

You will be the central contact for employees and stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and compliance across HR systems. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multinational HR roles, strong MS Office skills, excellent service orientation, and fluency in English, with the ability to work cross-culturally while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR processes.
• Experience in Singapore and Australia HR.
• Strong service orientation with intercultural competence.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and improve onboarding/offboarding processes for APAC offices.
• Act as central point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems and implement audit controls.
• Provide seamless HR services to meet service level standards.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with payroll team.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and share information for newsletters and updates.
