Job summary

Tencent is seeking an HR Compliance Associate to support our Asia Pacific business, with a primary focus on Singapore. You will help ensure that people practices meet local employment laws, governance standards, and internal policies, collaborating with HR, Legal and regional stakeholders.

You will handle casework, maintain confidential records and assist in audits, policy rollout, and governance activities across multiple countries, helping Tencent stay compliant in a fast-growing, regulated

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and meticulous approach to data and records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Support employee relations casework with guidance from senior HR and Legal colleagues.
• Serve as a point of contact for enquiries and facilitate resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready employment documentation and records across contracts and policies.
• Support HR governance activities and policy rollouts across the region.
