Job summary

Gates Singapore is seeking an experienced HR partner to advise leaders in APAC on people decisions, performance, and development. You will connect regional priorities to the broader HR agenda and drive a governance-first approach across a multinational footprint.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain, talent lifecycle support, and data-driven workforce planning to ensure compliant and commercially-sensible people solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting Finance or Supply Chain functions.
• Working knowledge of employment practices across markets in East Asia and India.
• Ability to navigate matrix structures and global/regional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across APAC to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Coach managers on people decisions, performance, and development.
• Support talent cycles including reviews, assessments, succession, and compensation.
• Coordinate with Regional HRBPs and COEs to drive regional agenda.
• Oversee employee relations and compliance guidance.
