Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Singapore seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to act as end-to-end HR partner for the South Asia Pacific Regional Office, translating business priorities into effective people strategies and delivering the full spectrum of HR activities across planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, development, reward, employee relations and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong generalist capability across business partnering, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, reward and HR operations.
• Proven project and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate a regional community across cultures and markets.
• Excellent written and verbal English; analytical and digitally confident.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for Regional Office leaders and employees, translating priorities into practical people plans.
• Lead annual headcount and labour-cost planning, budgeting and reforecasting for the Regional Office.
• Maintain data and provide analysis on headcount, turnover, vacancies, talent movement and engagement.
• Manage recruitment from approval through appointment, building pipelines for critical roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, relocation and immigration requirements with specialists.
• Drive performance, succession and talent review processes for the Regional Office; coach leaders on development actions.
• Provide advice on policies, contracts and local legislation; manage conduct and disciplinary matters.
• Lead engagement surveys, town halls, wellbeing and HR communications for the Regional Office.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits and payroll activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
