Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Loyalty, Asia Pacific, to lead strategy, growth and commercialization of our Loyalty business across the region. The role sits at the intersection of payments, loyalty and customer engagement, driving ecosystem development and market adoption of Visa's Loyalty solutions.

You will build and scale a differentiated Loyalty portfolio, using data, analytics and AI to deliver personalized experiences and measurable commercial outcomes, while shaping pricing

Qualifications

• 15 years of loyalty, customer engagement or related digital business experience.
• Senior leadership with proven revenue growth and portfolio commercialization.
• Experience leading regional programs across Asia Pacific and multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year loyalty strategy for Asia Pacific.
• Own regional performance including revenue growth and adoption.
• Lead executive-level client conversations and solution design.
• Shape pricing, partnerships, and monetization models.
• Build a high-performing regional Loyalty team.
