Job summary

State Street's Alternatives Solutions (AIS) seeks a senior leader to run Alternatives Operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, spanning Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing. You will drive end-to-end ownership, transform operating models, and ensure service quality, risk discipline and sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Alternatives APAC COO, you will shape strategy, partner with regional leaders, and develop a diverse leadership bench while delivering scalable, well-controlled outcomes

• Demonstrated senior leadership across large, multi-site operations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex global org.
• Strong judgment and operational depth to drive scale and control.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for Alts operations across Singapore and Hong Kong, covering Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing.
• Shape and execute an integrated operating model across two locations for end-to-end accountability.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to enable growth, client acquisition and retention.
• Lead transformation across technology, processes, data, controls and organizational design.
• Own NAV production, middle-office lifecycle and investor services with robust oversight.
• Act as senior escalation point for operational matters and strategic client priorities.
• Strengthen risk and control environment while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
• Develop a diverse leadership bench through talent development and disciplined performance management.
