Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Head of APAC GTM Operations (MXRM) to lead forecasting cadence, pipeline visibility, and finance-ready insights across Asia-Pacific. You will manage MOR, multi-region time zones, and sub-regional dashboards to drive ARR/NRR improvements while partnering with Finance, Sales, and Global GTM Ops.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a strong Salesforce/CPQ background, and a proven track record in regional GTM operations within SaaS or enterprise

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Minimum 3 years in a regional/zone ops role covering APAC (multi-country).
• Proven forecasting cadence ownership and pipeline reporting for a large ARR.
• Bridging Sales and Finance — translate pipeline data into P&L narratives.
• Proficient in Salesforce: opportunity mgmt, reporting, data hygiene.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for financial modelling and variance reporting.
• Working knowledge of CPQ or quoting tools in a SaaS context.
• Strong communicator to leaders across zones, Finance, and Global GTM.
• Player-coach mindset and hands-on leadership with mentoring.
• Comfortable across timezones and diverse teams in APAC.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• familiarity with Specialized Sales/ horizontal GTM motions.
• Exposure to ARR, NRR, GRR metrics in land-and-expand models.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize APAC MOR: weekly reviews, forecasts, and syncs.
• Lead APAC end-to-end forecasting and SRC prep.
• Provide APAC dashboards with Gonzales metrics and regional breakdowns.
• Translate APAC GTM performance into Finance-ready outputs and P&L narratives.
• Ensure SFDC data quality, OP management, and CPQ accuracy across APAC.
• Lead 1–2 GTM Ops Analysts; coach and scale the team.
• Serve as APAC GTM Ops contact for Finance, Growth/Marketing, and Global GTM Ops.
• Refine APAC GTM processes and reporting to align with global framework.
