Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a GTM Lead, APAC to build and own our commercial business across Asia-Pacific, excluding Japan. You will define APAC go-to-market, open lighthouse accounts, and set the playbook for future hires.

Fluency in English and deep APAC experience are essential. The role requires multi-market SaaS/AI/creative tech sales, partner-led and direct strategies, and a hands-on approach to negotiating enterprise deals across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise sales or GTM leadership in APAC.
• Track record closing six- to seven-figure deals.
• Experience across multiple APAC markets with diverse buying cultures.
• Strong partner and channel development capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional APAC languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define APAC go-to-market and open lighthouse accounts.
• Build pipeline and manage regional forecast and bookings.
• Lead enterprise negotiations and multi-year deals.
• Develop regional references and case studies.
• Represent Higgsfield AI at events and in media.
