Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global technology company to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month contract. You will drive end-to-end recruitment across APAC with a focus on Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions and Product Support, partnering with hiring leaders in Singapore and Australia.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and/or HR experience.
• Strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-growth environments.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles in APAC.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify and engage talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide market insights to hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across Singapore and Australia.
• Contribute to recruitment initiatives across APAC markets.
