Job summary

Tencent International Service Pte. Ltd. is seeking a high-impact Growth & Commercial leader within its Corporate Development Group (CDG) to drive monetization and expansion across APAC.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable industry solutions for advertisers and publishers. The role requires 5+ years in performance advertising or related fields, with strong data analytics and bilingual English/Mandarin capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance advertising, ad tech, commercialization, client solutions, or growth operations.
• Strong understanding of demand-side and supply-side monetization.
• Familiar with performance-driven advertising models and optimization frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ownership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial growth strategy across APAC markets.
• Drive growth in advertiser spend and inventory monetization.
• Build scalable industry solutions from advertiser and publisher insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance platform capabilities.
• Drive customer acquisition with Sales to grow advertisers and publishers.
• Support opportunity qualification, solution design and deal execution.
• Own client success and monetization outcomes across APAC.
• Improve performance through product adoption and operational optimization.
