Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking an experienced General Affairs and Office Management leader. You will oversee office facilities and lease portfolios across Singapore and regional offices, acting as the Centre of Excellence for GA in the group.

This role focuses on creating a unified, safe, and efficient workplace environment, leading an Office Management team in Singapore and dotted-line leaders regionally. Occasional travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in general affairs, facilities management, corporate real estate or corporate administration
• Regional/multi-country experience across Asia or PE-backed growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree and professional certification (advantage) in facilities/corporate real estate

Responsibilities

• Lead general affairs and office facilities across all Digital Edge markets, including day-to-day office management and workplace services
• Own the corporate real estate and lease portfolio for offices: lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and landlord relationships
• Plan and deliver office fit outs, renovations and relocations end to end, on time and on budget
• Partner with Finance on facilities and lease budgets, cost tracking and savings opportunities
• Lead corporate purchasing for office goods and services, and manage facilities vendors and service contracts
• Set common standards, policies and playbooks for offices across the group
• Build a connected regional network of office teams with shared practices and cross-training
• Collaborate with HR and Health & Safety to ensure excellent employee experience in workplace services
• Act as the contact for workplace safety and ergonomic concerns for desk staff
• Support business continuity planning for corporate offices including emergency response
