The ideal candidate has a life sciences background with 5+ years in start-up roles within CRO/pharma settings, strong leadership, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 5+ years in start-up, SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• 2+ years in milestone management, budgeting and coordinating team activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site start up process through activation readiness strategy.
• Coordinate IRB/EC & CA/MoH strategy, ICF customization and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure milestone input and align operational goals.
• Participate in client meetings to establish expectations and risk mitigation plans.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify risks and develop mitigations to timelines.
• Oversee tracking systems to provide real-time progress metrics at country and site levels.
• Coordinate translations for submission documents.
