Job summary

Givaudan in Singapore is seeking a Senior leader to energize the APAC Local & Regional Development team. In a dynamic, fast-moving environment, you will design short-lifecycle, high-impact local solutions and innovations, and oversee project management, activation, gallery operations, business transformation, and best-practice implementation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience in fragrance or related creative industries.
• 2-3 years of successful team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC Local & Regional Development teams with a focus on quick-turnaround, high-impact local solutions.
• Collaborate with APAC L&R Commercial Management to implement regional strategic plans.
• Direct APAC Gallery & Business Transformation Team for best-practice deployment.
• Champion speed and creativity with fast turnaround across categories.
• Oversee talent development and content across the Gallery for regional needs.
• Act as regional liaison in the global Gallery network and audits.
