Job summary

MSD INTERNATIONAL GMBH (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a Director of AP FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis across the APAC region. The role partners with regional and market leaders, consolidates forecasts, and drives performance in the Human Health portfolio.

You will manage a team of finance professionals, deliver insightful reports, and support strategic investments, with strong emphasis on forecasting accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced FP&A and budgeting experience required.
• Proven ability to lead regional FP&A across multiple markets.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and five-year plans for APAC.
• Drive forecast accuracy and timely submissions from country finance teams.
• Partner with regional leaders and Pharma/Vaccines units on financial guidance.
• Prepare and present financial reports and reviews for APAC senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and major capex with ROI analyses.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team in APAC.
