Job summary

Inchcape Asia-Pacific is seeking an experienced Manager, FP&A to support APAC performance analysis, forecasting and investment decision support across markets. The role covers monthly management reporting, ad-hoc corporate finance projects and executive reporting, with close collaboration with regional teams and headquarters.

You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, develop integrated models, and provide independent challenge to assumptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are preferred.
• CFA charterholders and candidates are welcome.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance or related finance experience.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is advantageous.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly reporting cycle for APAC HQ and regional management accounts.
• Develop integrated financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and management packs.
• Support planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Provide insights to drive performance and stakeholder engagement.
