Sonova Group is seeking a Director FP&A for Asia Pacific (excl. China) in a strategic finance role based in Singapore. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting across APAC, collaborating with regional leadership and Global HQ.

The role emphasizes governance, financial performance improvement, and partnering with Regional President and Finance teams to deliver clear insights and drive decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience; APAC experience is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• Strong influencing skills and ability to drive change with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Budget, Reforecast and month-end reporting for APAC and Group leadership
• Lead consolidation templates and regional financial planning processes
• Analyze sales, margin, opex and KPIs to provide actionable insights
• Prepare regional P&L, cash flow and balance sheet analyses and management presentations
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across FP&A in APAC
