Job summary

Stryker Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, APAC, to act as a strategic finance partner across the APAC region. You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management to drive growth and profitability.

You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, country finance teams and US Corporate Finance, delivering actionable insights and strong stakeholder management in a highly visible, individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A/Financial Analysis experience in a multinational context
• Strong grounding in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modelling and data analysis
• Experience with Hyperion/HFM, Encompass, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan or similar tools
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presenting to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead financial close, forecasting and budgeting end to end with accurate reporting
• Translate actuals into clear narrative for senior management
• Own APAC quarterly forecasts and annual budget processes
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in planning
• Maintain high accuracy in standard reporting across platforms
• Drive automation and process improvements in regional reporting
• Support FP&A transformation and finance initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including country finance teams and regional FP&A
