Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks an Executive Director to lead the APAC FinTech, TP3, and VASP sector franchise, defining regional strategy and driving client acquisition and portfolio growth across markets.

You will oversee risk and controls, guide cross-functional teams, and build senior relationships with clients and regulators to deliver integrated Payments capabilities including cash management and foreign exchange.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional FinTech, TP3 or VASP sectors in APAC.
• Proven record of setting strategy and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the APAC strategy for the FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchise.
• Own regional sales, revenue, and portfolio-growth objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team.
• Manage senior relationships with C-suite clients and prospects.
• Drive client acquisition and cross-sell across Payments solutions.
• Maintain dialogue with clients and industry participants on trends.
• Provide senior oversight of risk and controls, including KYC/AML.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to govern growth.
