Job summary

JAC Recruitment Consultant is seeking a Financial Controller (APAC) in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role partners with APAC markets to deliver revenue insights, profitability analysis, and working capital performance, ensuring accurate regional reporting.

You will lead forecasts, budgets and long-term plans, collaborating with regional teams and HQ while driving finance transformation through automation and SAP-based platforms. Open to Malaysian citizens/permanent residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Automation/digital transformation experience advantageous.
• 10+ years in multinational finance roles; FP&A, financial controlling or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to APAC markets and units; analyze revenue, profitability, margins and working capital.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions; identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead forecasts, budgets and long-term plans across APAC; ensure timely updates.
