Argyll Scott Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced hands-on APAC Financial Controller to own multi-country consolidation and drive the new consolidation platform in Singapore. Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will standardise group reporting and accelerate the monthly cycle.

You will collaborate with country Finance Directors to resolve local accounting complexities, strengthen governance, and oversee integration of new entities into group reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ownership of multi-country, multi-entity consolidation and group financial reporting.
• Experience implementing consolidation platforms and standardising reporting.

Exclusive: An international corporate and business services group is looking for a hands-on APAC Financial Controller to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will own multi-country consolidation and transform group reporting. In tandem, you will also drive the new consolidation platform (eg Jedox, Anaplan, Workday), standardise reporting processes and accelerate the monthly group reporting cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation across multiple countries and legal entities
• Lead the implementation of a new consolidation platform (eg Jedox, Anaplan, Workday), covering reporting requirements, data standardisation and market adoption
• Accelerate financial close through standardised reporting, intercompany eliminations and controls
• Partner with in-country Finance Directors to resolve local accounting complexities and implement group-wide standards
• Strengthen financial governance and support the integration of new entities into group reporting

Key Requirements

• Proven hands-on ownership of multi-country, multi-entity consolidation and group financial reporting
• Strong IFRS, consolidated financial statements and intercompany accounting expertise; CA/CPA or equivalent valued
• Experience improving financial close and reporting processes; consolidation-system implementation experience advantageous
• Ability to influence country finance leaders and personally drive change across markets
• Corporate, business or professional services experience preferred; private equity or acquisitive exposure advantageous
