LinkedIn Talent Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for APAC & Australia. The role is a 6-month full-time contract that works in a hybrid setup, collaborating with Sales and APAC Marketing to drive customer-focused campaigns, nurture opportunities, and boost adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

You will lead regional marketing programs, manage multiple stakeholders, and leverage AI to improve efficiency and outcomes, within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience focused on customer acquisition and nurturing across enterprise accounts.
• Experience in a high-growth, performance-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Program management: Owns and leads end-to-end initiatives (ABM, scaled programs, customer evidence, nurture).
• Target Account Marketing: Prioritize core activations for key accounts.
• Marketing Analytics: Forecast, monitor and report results to guide plans.
• Sales enablement: Align with Enterprise, Mid-Market and Staffing sales stakeholders.
• Influence: Align across Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and regional/global teams.
• Customer Stories: Create compelling stories to support sales with evidence.
• Leverage AI: Use AI and agentic workflows to improve effectiveness and scalability.
