Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to own the enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional in your region. You’ll coach, train, and partner with leaders to shift behaviors and improve performance across the region.

You will run end‑to‑end enablement programs, coordinate with a global team, and bring fresh approaches from hands‑on work to the broader Enablement function, using AI tools to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or a revenue coaching role ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience coaching against known frameworks is a plus.
• Fluency with conversation intelligence tools, Gong experience strongly preferred, along with some experience using modern AI tools in your workflow.
• Comfort working directly with sales leaders and a growing ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Onboarding delivers onboarding curriculum in person and run hands‑on certification of core skills.
• Quarterly Academy Sessions organize and facilitate regional Mixpanel Academy sessions every quarter.
• Tech Stack Adoption & Productivity run weekly best‑practice sessions and peer-sharing programs around the tools reps use every day.
• Rep Coaching via AI — use Gong AI and Galileo AI to score and analyze sales calls across your region, and turn that analysis into coaching that changes behavior.
• Global Program Support — help regionalize global enablement initiatives and share what's working with the broader Enablement team.
