Stryker in Singapore is seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Field Education to architect the future of clinical education and drive Orthopedics and MedSurg excellence across APAC. You will lead a team of Clinical Education Managers to ensure sales reps and internal teams have elite knowledge to support life-changing technologies.

This role focuses on defining future education paths, implementing instructional design frameworks, and scaling programs across APAC with measurable behavior change.

Responsabilidades

• Define a long-term vision for knowledge and skills across Orthopedics and MedSurg in APAC.
• Lead Clinical Education Managers to deliver measurable training outcomes.
• Oversee APAC curriculum governance to ensure consistent, high-quality education.
• Partner with regional VPs to align education with sales and marketing priorities.
• Implement formal instructional design frameworks and the 70-20-10 model.
• Build a dashboard to measure training impact and tangible skill development.
