Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Professional Education Manager to lead APAC Surgery WCH professional education strategy, faculty management, and cross-country collaboration. You will drive program development and ensure high-quality learning experiences across markets.

You will shape curricula, manage global insights translation into regional programs, and partner with marketing, compliance and external stakeholders to advance wound closure education in focus specialties.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional, medical, or customer education within healthcare or medical technology is advantageous.
• Ability to influence across functions, markets and seniority levels.
• Proficiency with educational technology and digital platforms for program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape the APAC WCH professional education strategy and curriculum, adapting global content and developing regional programs.
• Translate specialty, product and market insights into professional education priorities and scalable programs.
• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of APAC Surgery WCH professional education programs.
• Lead faculty identification, assessment, onboarding, contracting and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute education programs aligned with priorities.
