Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Marketing or related field.
• 6 years of professional experience in medical education, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, clinical support, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional medical education programs and learning pathways aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Partner with healthcare professionals, faculty, and KOLs to design and deliver events, training, and digital learning.
• Build and maintain a network of clinical faculty and subject matter experts for APAC educational activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Digital Education to develop curriculum for technologies.
• Measure program effectiveness via KPIs, feedback, and utilization data.
