Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Director for Integrated Facilities Management (Technology) in Singapore. You will lead strategic account plans, manage a high-performing team across office and tech lab facilities, and drive revenue growth while ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in real estate with emphasis on facilities account management
• Experience managing complex account structures across multiple locations and countries
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to translate client needs into growth opportunities and ensure delivery excellence

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional account plans with a focus on exceptional service delivery
• Lead a high-performing team across office and tech lab facilities
• Drive revenue, expense, and debtor targets while identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Oversee contract management and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
• Lead regional HX program delivery and champion inclusion and diversity
