Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects across Asia-Pacific, from entitlement and design to construction, commissioning and turnover. You will provide direct project leadership, on-site oversight, and ensure delivery across multi-country sites, with regular travel to Korea, Japan, China, Singapore.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering/Architecture and 10+ years of experience delivering $100M+ projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
• 10+ years in construction project management with $100M+ capital projects.
• Experience in Asia-Pacific markets; willingness to travel.
• Fluent business English; Mandarin is a plus for local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale capital construction projects in Asia-Pacific.
• Provide direct project leadership and on-site oversight across APAC sites.
• Manage base build construction including MEP and finishes across varied facility types.
• Oversee design and delivery of specialized facility elements (e.g., cleanrooms, labs).
• Coordinate hazardous materials systems per EHS and regulatory standards.
• Navigate entitlement, permitting, and environmental processes in APAC.
• Serve as liaison between contractors, authorities, vendors, and global teams.
