Stripe is seeking an APAC Executive Marketing lead to own programs connecting Stripe's leadership with key APAC executives. You will design frameworks, playbooks, tooling, and governance to enable regional teams across Australia/New Zealand, Japan, Greater China, India and Southeast Asia to execute at scale.

You'll partner with sales, marketing and communications to build, measure, and continuously improve executive programs, advisory councils, and delegation experiences, delivering high‑impact

Formación

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with executive programs or sales-aligned marketing focus
• Deep APAC experience across key markets and cultures
• Strong governance, process-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with AI tooling and external agencies to scale execution

Responsabilidades

• Build scalable program playbooks, governance models, and processes for executive programs across markets
• Define objectives, success metrics, and milestones with documentation standards
• Identify and implement AI tooling, partnerships, and delegation models to manage operational complexity
