Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to drive growth across Asia Pacific and Japan, engaging NeoCloud providers, hyperscalers, and large AI infrastructure customers. You will own multi-million-dollar, complex sales cycles and collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end AI factory programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record selling complex infrastructure or technology platforms.
• Experience selling into NeoCloud providers or hyperscalers.
• Strong AI infrastructure / HPC understanding.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
• Proven multi-million dollar revenue attainment.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an account strategy targeting NeoCloud providers, hyperscalers, GPU cloud platforms, and AI infrastructure operators.
• Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with C-level executives and procurement.
• Identify and advance opportunities across AI factory platforms, high-density compute environments, and related technologies.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, solutions architecture, and delivery teams to tailor AI Factory solutions.
• Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, events, partner engagement, and existing relationships.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM usage across the team.
• Ensure seamless post-sales engagement, fostering long-term partnerships and account growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners to enhance solutions.
