Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in facility management, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, LV/MV electrical distribution systems, and switchgear.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide in-depth technical leadership across Building M&E systems, ACMV systems, Fire Protection Systems, LEV systems, and BMS.
• System Reliability & Operations: Own operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical facility systems for maximum uptime.
• Facilities Operations Monitoring: Oversee Facilities Operations Centre activities; respond to BMS and Fire System alarms with proper documentation.
• Preventive Maintenance Governance: Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs aligned with OEM, statutory, and contractual requirements; track 100% PPM through CMMS.
• Incident & Emergency Management: Lead responses to incidents and emergencies; perform RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Documentation & Technical Governance: Develop, review, and enforce technical playbooks, SOPs, and EOPs; maintain records and audits.
• Team Leadership: Lead shift leads and technicians; ensure manpower deployment, competency development, and performance.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, monitor service delivery.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE requirements; conduct risk assessments and control measures.
• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Identify initiatives to improve energy efficiency and system performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for satisfaction.
• Site Procedures & Escalation: Ensure compliance with escalation protocols and governance standards.
