Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an accomplished Data Centers Account Management Operations Lead for APAC to oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring safety, 100% uptime, and operational excellence. You will lead regional teams across critical facilities, drive sustainability initiatives, and align with client goals.

The role focuses on growth, risk management, and stakeholder coordination, with emphasis on building lasting client relationships and delivering superior facility

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in critical facilities management, with at least 5 years specifically in data center operations.
• Proven track record in DC operations across the Asia Pacific region.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and enforce the highest standards for operational delivery across all client sites, with a primary focus on safety, resiliency, and 100% uptime.
• Act as liaison between the DC platform, DC Account Directors and clients to ensure smooth communication and a strong relationship.
• Drive revenue growth with upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors.
