Confidential Jobs in Singapore seeks a senior regional leader to steer the energy storage business across Asia-Pacific. You will define target markets, customer segments, business models, and growth paths, and drive strategy execution with close-loop reviews.

You will own regional product strategy and planning, translate market insights into product roadmaps, and guide localization, certification, and competitiveness enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrochemistry, Energy and Power Engineering, Automation, or related fields; Master's degree/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the energy/power/new energy industry, including 5+ years in the energy storage industry, with a holistic view of the energy storage business.
• Proven 0-to-1 breakthroughs in overseas new markets (e.g., Southeast Asia) and driving scaled growth.
• Experience leading formulation of short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies and product plans for a region or business unit.
• Deep understanding of energy storage technology routes, cost structures, revenue models, policies, and grid-connection requirements.
• Experience building teams from 0 to 1 and managing cross-cultural teams; excellent cross-functional collaboration and resource integration.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and senior-level customer relationship development skills; able to conduct strategic dialogues with CXOs and planning departments.
• Fluent English as a working language; proficiency in other local Asia-Pacific languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of 0-to-1 breakthroughs in overseas new markets and scalable growth.
• Own regional energy storage product strategy and planning; define product requirements and roadmaps; guide localization and certification.
• Oversee resource planning and organizational development for the regional energy storage business.
• Oversee regional energy storage business metrics (orders, revenue, gross margin, market share) and establish a business management system.
• Empower sub-regional teams, drive frontline market staff to transform into professionals with both technical and sales capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align HQ product lines, solutions, supply chain, delivery services, etc., and coordinate resources for growth.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with CXOs, grid companies, power developers, EPCs, and industry partners; participate in negotiations for major projects.
• Able to translate market insights into commercial solutions and drive decisions under uncertainty.
