Job summary

Aurora Energy Research PTE. LTD. is seeking a product manager for its Wider Asia software business, based in Singapore.

You will define the Wider Asia product strategy and drive execution, engaging with external and internal software customers and coordinating with technical teams to deliver solutions. You will own the regional roadmap, maintain a structured backlog, define UI and modelling requirements, and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, modellers, analysts and sales professionals

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience at consultancy/energy/software/finance firm
• Strong understanding of energy markets (sector knowledge)
• Proven track record in managing large, cross-functional projects or products
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with quantitative analysis
• Results-driven with persistence and hands-on approach

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for Wider Asia software platform and APAC strategy
• Build and maintain the regional roadmap with feature prioritisation
• Own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideas
• Define requirements for UI and modelling features and coordinate with technical teams
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, modellers, analysts, commercial and client solutions staff
• Develop and manage client relationships and understand client requirements
• Foster relationships across APAC and Oxford and mentor team members
